How To Reserve Your Spring Beef?
1. Choose between an Eighth Beef (55-65 lbs), Quarter Beef (110-130 lbs) or a Half Beef (220-260 lbs)
2. Place a deposit of about 40% to reserve your beef and help us get it fattened up for you!
3. We continue to raise your animal to be the healthiest and tastiest beef it can be, while keeping you updated throughout the entire process.
4. Your beef will be ready starting in April through June (first come, first serve basis).
5. We will contact you via email to notify you when your beef is ready to confirm it's shipping date and you pay the remaining balance when it's ready to ship!

In a world full of fast food on the go, we enjoy taking the time as often as we can to enjoy home cooked meals around the dinner table as a family. No more wondering how much your 1/4 beef will cost or how much you're actually going to get. It's all spelled out and easy to understand.
We know that if we take care of the soil beneath our cattle that we will, in return, have the healthiest beef available in the end. Our cattle never receive any artificial growth hormones. After almost 2 years of grazing the best forages we can offer them, we are confident that you are going to have an enjoyable and healthy eating experience. The saying goes that "You are what you eat." We believe that it's true!! Your beef was born raised and finished on the best high country mountain grass and cover crop forages available. That's how they develop the most robust beef flavor and tenderness. We also dry age all of our beef for 14 days!! You won't find dry aged beef like that in any supermarket!!
